About Kelsey Finnegan, MA, LPC
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by self-doubt, anxiety, or perfectionism, you’re not alone. I know how exhausting it can be to carry the weight of self-criticism, feeling like you need to “fix” yourself. But here’s the truth: There is nothing wrong with you. You don’t need fixing—you just need a space to reconnect with who you truly are.
I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and accepted exactly as you are. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck, challenge the beliefs that no longer serve you, and help you cultivate self-acceptance and ease.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about coming home to yourself. And I’m here to walk alongside you in that journey.
My Approach
I am a firm believer in providing evidence-based therapy. I use a strengths-based, non-judgmental, individualized approach with my clients. I have professional training and experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP), play therapy, neurodivergent-affirming, and trauma-informed approaches with individuals across the lifespan.
More Facts About Me

I believe in the power of humor, storytelling, and deep conversations.
